Detalles de la promoción
The “mom and me” promotion offers a 50% discount on braces, implants, or cleaning for the mothers of patients who receive braces, implants, or cleaning during the month of May 2023. This promotion is available for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Elegibilidad
Para ser elegible para la promoción, el paciente y su madre deben ser pacientes del Centro Dental Antoine y deben recibir aparatos ortopédicos, implantes o limpieza durante el mes de mayo de 2023.

Términos y condiciones
La promoción aplica a un solo servicio para la madre de cada paciente, y los servicios adicionales se cobrarán a la tarifa regular. La promoción no es transferible ni canjeable por dinero en efectivo. Aplica únicamente a ortodoncia, implantes o servicios de limpieza, y no a otros tratamientos o procedimientos dentales.

Detalles de la promoción
The treatment for the patient must be completed within the month of May 2023. The mother’s appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the patient’s braces, implants, or cleaning treatment.

Restricción de descuento
The 50% discount will only be applied to the item of equal or lesser value. When the eligible mother receives a service that costs more than the patient’s service, the discount will be applied in the amount of the lesser value treatment. For example, if the patient receives a cleaning service that costs $100 and the mother receives an implant service that costs $2,000, the discount will be applied in the amount of the the cleaning service, and the mother will receive a $50 discount (50% off the $100 patient treatment) on her cleaning service.

Pacientes elegibles
La promoción solo está disponible para las madres de pacientes que reciben servicios dentales en el Centro Dental Antoine. Ningún otro familiar o paciente puede participar.

Implantes dentales
El descuento se aplica a una única colocación quirúrgica de un solo implante dental.

Fecha de expiración
La promoción finaliza el 31 de mayo de 2023, y el tratamiento inicial de los pacientes debe programarse y completarse antes de esa fecha para poder optar a ella. Las madres podrán optar a ella durante 30 días después de que el tratamiento de los pacientes haya finalizado.
