Promotion Details
The “mom and me” promotion offers a 50% discount on braces, implants, or cleaning for the mothers of patients who receive braces, implants, or cleaning during the month of May 2023. This promotion is available for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the promotion, the patient and their mother must be patients at Antoine Dental Center and must receive braces, implants, or cleaning during the month of May 2023.

Terms & Conditions
The promotion applies to a single service for the mother any patient, and additional services will be charged at the regular rate. The promotion is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The promotion only applies to braces, implants, or cleaning services and does not apply to any other dental treatments or procedures.

Promotion Details
The treatment for the patient must be completed within the month of May 2023. The mother’s appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the patient’s braces, implants, or cleaning treatment.

Discount Restriction
The 50% discount will only be applied to the item of equal or lesser value. When the eligible mother receives a service that costs more than the patient’s service, the discount will be applied in the amount of the lesser value treatment. For example, if the patient receives a cleaning service that costs $100 and the mother receives an implant service that costs $2,000, the discount will be applied in the amount of the the cleaning service, and the mother will receive a $50 discount (50% off the $100 patient treatment) on her cleaning service.

Eligible Patients
The promotion is only available to the mothers of patients who receive dental services at Antoine Dental Center. No other family members or patients are eligible for the promotion

Dental Implants
The discount applies to a single surgical placement of one dental implant only.

Expiration Date
The promotion will expire on May 31, 2023, and the patients initial treatment must be scheduled and completed before that date to be eligible for the promotion. The mothers will be eligible for 30 days after the patients treatment has been completed.
